Dealing with Absence and Disability Workshop
Dealing with Absence and Disability can be one of the most problematic areas employers face. With the additional protections afforded to disabled employees, including the requirements of the Equality Act, it can sometimes seem as if common sense goes out the window.
However, it is possible to manage absence effectively (even for disabled employees). Knowing what resources are available, using occupational health effectively, asking the right questions at the right time, having managers "tooled up" in this area; and not being afraid to take things forward can all produce really effective results.
We will tackle the issue head-on in our interactive workshop. We do hope you can join us.
